Missing Key Pair when playing SCORM courses
Missing key-pair Troubleshooting Guide
This message appears when using an iphone with prevent cross site tracking enabled.
If you are using Chrome on iPhone then the easiest solution is to use Safari to complete the learning for these courses.
Before using safari to complete the course please check the following:
1) you are using the latest version of IOS and have updated the Safari app.
2) open Settings and search for Safari - then click on it.
3) scroll down and check the following settings:
- Block Popups is disabled
- Prevent Cross site tracking is disabled
