Steps:
  1. Remember that the Training Matrix updates automatically as learners complete their courses.

  2. Use the matrix to view compliance levels, course progress and due dates for all learners in one place.

Features:

Compliance counts:

  1. View the compliance percentage for each course.

  2. See the total number of learner activities recorded.

Full reporting:

  1. Check every learner’s progress across all courses.

  2. See when each learner’s next course is due.

Colour coding:

  1. White – the course is not completed but the due date is still in the future.

  2. Red – the course is not completed and the due date has passed.

  3. Green – the course is completed and the learner is still compliant within the refresher period.

  4. Amber – the course is not completed and the due date is approaching.

Filters:

  1. Use filters to refine your report by selecting one or more of the following:
    • Groups
    • Learners
    • Status
    • Topics
    • Tags

  2. Set a due date range by typing the number of days into the due date box.

Export to Excel:

  1. Select the Export option to download your matrix.

  2. The export keeps all colour formatting and layout.

Employment start date:

  1. Add employment start dates directly in the matrix.

  2. Use this to help track induction training and refresher requirements.


Tips or Common Issues:
Filtering by group or tags can make a larger matrix easier to review.
