Sessions - creating sessions and tracking learner progress

How to create and manage Sessions in Click Learning

Summary:
This article explains how to create Sessions from your Topics and assign them to learners so they can be tracked in the training matrix.


Steps:
      1.  Create your Topic first. A Session cannot be made until a Topic exists.
      2.  Go to the Sessions area and select “Create session”.

 

 

 


      3.  Enter the required details, including the session date. You can choose a past date if needed.
      4.  Select “Create” to save the session.

 

 

 
 
 

      5.  Go to the “Learners” tab on the left.

      6.  Tick the staff members who need the session added.

 

 

 
 

 

 
 

      7.  Select “Add courses/sessions” and choose the session you created.

      8.  To check progress, go to the “Activity reports” tab and select “Sessions” at the top.

 

 

 
 

 

      9.  If you want to, you can add a task to the session. This is optional.
 

 

 
 

 

 
 

 

      10.  Add evidence to the session so you can sign it off.
 

 

 

Tips or Common Issues:

• Sessions can be used for supervisions, meetings, workshops or any other internal learning activity.
• Make sure your Topic name is clear and easy to recognise before creating a session.
• Evidence must be added before the session can be signed off.
• You can assign the same session to multiple learners at once.
