Title:
Requesting Forced Learning for Courses in Click Learning
Purpose:
To explain how to request and manage the Forced Learning feature, which requires learners to complete all e-learning content before accessing the assessment.
Scope:
This process applies to managers and administrators responsible for course settings and learner progress within Click Learning.
Steps:
-
Identify the courses for which you want Forced Learning to be enabled. Confirm that the requirement applies to the entire course, as Forced Learning cannot be enabled for individual learners.
- Email the Support Team at Support@click-learning.co.uk with a list of the courses to be updated. State that you would like Forced Learning enabled. Allow time for the request to be processed.
-
Inform learners that they must complete 100 percent of the e-learning content before they can access the assessment once Forced Learning is enabled.
-
Monitor learner progress through the results page to confirm that the e-learning has been completed.
-
If required, request that the Support Team enable Manager Sign-Off for the selected courses. This allows you to review completion before approving the course and generating the certificate.
-
If Manager Sign-Off is enabled, review and sign off each completed course for all learners
Responsibilities:
Managers and administrators are responsible for identifying relevant courses, submitting requests to the Support Team, and monitoring learner completion. The Support Team is responsible for enabling Forced Learning and Manager Sign-Off where requested.
Notes:
Forced Learning is applied at course level only and cannot be configured for individual learners.
Enabling Manager Sign-Off requires manual review and sign-off for every learner’s course completion.
