Can I force learners to complete the eLearning
One of the core features of Click-Learning is that Learners can take the course assessment at any time. This allows them to quickly evidence their knowledge and avoids wasting time on completing eLearning if they can demonstrate they already have the required knowledge.
You can ask them to complete the eLearning and check on the results page to see if they have done this. You could consider asking the support desk to switch the courses to Manager Sign-Off so that you can check this before signing the course off and generating the certificate. Please be aware if you do this you will need to check and sign-off every single course the learner completes.
