Export evidence from a learner’s results page
Summary:
This article shows you how to save a learner’s course evidence as a PDF.
Steps:

Search for the learner in Click Learning.

Open the course they have completed.

Review their progress to make sure the evidence is correct.

Go to the results page.
-
Select the drop-down menu at the top of the results page.

Choose “Showing all outcomes” to include all completed outcomes in the export.

Choose “Showing outcomes requiring attention” if you only want to export outcomes that still need development.
-
Select “Export to PDF”.
-
Follow the prompts to save the file to your device.
-
Open the saved PDF to check it has exported correctly.
