Summary:
This article helps you find a learner who does not appear in your list in Click Learning.
Steps:
Check your filters.
Go to your learner list and look to see if any filters are set (for example, group, job role, status).
Reset your filters.
Clear or reset all filters so that all learners are shown.
Search again with a short version of the name.
Type only part of the learner’s first name or surname. For example, search for “Edd” instead of “Eddy” or “Eddie”.
Check the spelling.
Make sure you are spelling the learner’s name correctly. Click Learning will only find the name if the spelling matches the learner’s profile.
Check if another manager deleted the profile.
Ask other managers with access if anyone has deleted the learner’s account.
Check if the learner used the old learning system.
Some older profiles were not moved across to Click Learning. If you think this might be the case, add the learner as a new user in Click Learning.
Tips or Common Issues:
• “Less is more” when searching. Try using fewer letters to find different spellings of names.
• Always clear filters first before assuming a learner is missing.
• Learners in groups you cannot see may look as if they are not on the account. Support can help move them to the correct group.
